2018 SLH Tondre Pinot Noir
Our 2018 Tondre' SLH Pinot Noir offers a return to a cpmplex. full bodied style that lets the delightful characteristics of this varietal really shine through. The nose offers stone fruit and strawberry notes with hints of blueberry and hard spices. On the palate, the wine begins as gently floral with notes of red plum, strawberry, and dark cherry and expands to hard spice notes (cinnamon and clove) and then finishes with a bright touch of acid balanced with lingering notes of espresso.
IN THE GLASS: Dark Plum in color. Bright acidity with hints of fennel, raspberry and cedar on the nose.
ON THE PALATE: Earthy notes of wild mushrooms with a hint of brine and minerality. Well balanced with a dried strawberry and silky & slight pepper finish.
